Since educators have access to knowledge, this offering allows educators to move beyond knowing into experiencing. The purpose of this video series is to model relaxation strategies while inviting the viewer to participate in the activity as it is demonstrated. By the end of the video series, participants will have practiced eight breathing techniques, four physical relaxation exercises, and five mindfulness exercises. Participants will also be challenged to reflect on how a given word — called the Word of the Week — can improve their lives for seven days.
